The Center was established on June 1, 2024 in response to the current situations in Somalia and East Africa and national strategies for educational and economic transformation, and as an  East African center for educational and economic transformation headquartered in Mogadishu. He intends to open branches in Nairobi, Tanzania and Rwanda. The center is supervised by a board of directors in cooperation with its founding general director. It is linked to memorandums of understanding and joint scientific cooperation with several regional, African and international research institutions.
